1. The primary courier service for BOSTA’s Cash on Delivery (COD) service is POSLAJU Courier Services, but we reserve the right to choose any other courier services based on certain factors. We reserve the right to select any courier services that is suitable for your delivery address.

3. Please ensure that your Name, Address, Postcode, and Quantity are provided correctly to the BOSTA website. We will not be held responsible for any errors you make when placing an order.

4. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is valid and legitimate, with an individual available to receive the package.

5. The delivery cost stated on BOSTA website is fixed.

6. All products purchased are non-returnable for exchange/repair, and there is no guarantee of a refund.

7. Customers are not allowed to cancel any orders once our Logistic Department has made the delivery. If this occurs, customers must compensate the courier for the delivery charge. (RM12 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak).
