COMPANY HISTORY
BOSTA HQ SDN BHD [Reg. No. : 202201021898 (1467595-W)] is a Bumiputera company established on November 1st, 2022, under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956. The company is based in Labis, Johor. BOSTA focuses on individuals with obesity issues and chronic diseases. With its company mission and vision of promoting a healthy lifestyle and aiding 100,000 people suffering from obesity issues across Malaysia, BOSTA also offers free health advisory services. BOSTA products have been recognized under the MESTI Certification Scheme (Safe Food Industry Responsibility).
The Bulletproof drink originated from a Silicon Valley entrepreneur named Dave Asprey. He faced health and weight issues and embarked on years of research to uncover the secrets behind its ingredients. Eventually, Dave replaced tea with coffee and added butter or grass-fed ghee to it.
In his research, Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) oil or coconut oil was not included. However, the combination of these three ingredients – coffee, MCT oil, and butter – provided a taste and effect similar to what Dave experienced in Tibet. BOSTA products are inspired by the highly beneficial and efficacious Bulletproof drink.
